You can search the information of "43/8" which are IPv4 addresses allocated by IPv6PC (IPv6 Promotion Council). Here is the allocation list. IPv6PC do allocate IP addresses as one of the Internet Registries, but we do not have any responsibility for any actions taken from the IP addresses we allocate to the service providers The service providers receiving allocation are in responsible for the allocated IP address space. Therefore, regarding abuse claims for this IP addresses range we would like to ask you to directly contact the service providers which have received allocations from IPv6PC. Moreover, the IP addresses within this range which are not in this database `no match!' are the addresses which have not been allocated to any organization. Thus, they should not be existing in Internet and thought to be feigned.

(Reference) The process of first allocations

1. This trial program is operated based on "Rules of Large Space IPv4 Trial Usage Program".
2. When you apply for first allocation, you need to be satisfied with "Criteria for first allocations".
   • If you are not IPv6 Promotion Council member, you have to join the Council.
   • Membership fees: free for 2004
   • How to join and leave the Council:
     • Please contact our office by fax for "registration forms"and further details of membership (We regret that we are unable to accept online registration at this time)
   • Please contact "contract@v6nic.net" if you want to conclude "The Contract of Large Space IPv4 Trial Usage Program".
3. After you conclude the contract, you need to apply "Allocation Request Form" to alloc@v6nic.net via e-mail.
4. We allocate you address space when we judge your request fit the criteria.
