- Download and complete the word file, then
send it to the following email address.

- In referring to the registration form, include
all requested information and send to the following email address.

After receiving the registration information, a registration
number and a contest schedule will be sent via email. If you do not receive
information within one week from the date you applied, please confirm
your registration via email or telephone.
